Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Stacked Strength, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

2. Not medical advice

Stacked Strength uses AI (Google Gemini) to suggest workouts and nutrition. Suggestions, scores and estimates in the app are for general information only and are not medical, nutritional or professional fitness advice.

Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition or injury. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information so the app's suggestions fit you. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Premium is offered as weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can cancel or manage your subscription in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or your App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their refund policies.
  • AI features are subject to fair-use limits shown in the app, for both free and Premium users.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, including trying to access other users' data, overload or reverse-engineer our services, or upload content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to share.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, BlankSlate Developers is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including injury, arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. We will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
