Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Stacked Strength ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by BlankSlate Developers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Stacked Strength mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and profile photo from Google Sign-In, or the email address you register with.
• Profile and health information: age, gender, height, weight, activity level and fitness goals you enter during onboarding or in settings.
• Training data: programs, workout logs, sets, reps, weights and personal bests.
• Nutrition data: meals, foods, calories, macros and water intake you log.
• Body progress data: body measurements and progress photos you choose to upload.
• AI requests: the text you enter in AI features and, for photo-based features, the image you choose to send (for example a meal photo or a body progress photo).
• Subscription status: whether you have an active Premium subscription. Payment details are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see your card information.
• Device and advertising data: your device's advertising ID and basic device information, collected by Google AdMob to show ads.

We do not access your location, contacts, or data from Google Fit, Health Connect or Apple Health.

3. How we use your data

• Run the app's core features: saving your workouts, meals, measurements and photos, and showing your progress.
• Generate and improve workout and nutrition suggestions with AI.
• Sync your data across your devices when you sign in.
• Check your subscription and AI usage limits.
• Show ads to users without a Premium subscription.

4. Service providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the providers that run the app:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions) stores your account, app data and photos.
• Google Gemini processes the text and images you send to AI features to generate a response. AI requests go through our server; your email address is not included.
• RevenueCat manages subscription status using your account ID (not your name or email) and your store purchase records.
• Google AdMob shows ads and may use your advertising ID for personalized ads. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices. Anywhere, you can reset or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.

5. Notifications

Rest timer, hydration and weekly summary reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn them off at any time in Settings → Notifications.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account). This permanently deletes your account, all app data and all uploaded photos right away. Copies in encrypted backups are removed automatically as backups expire, and we may keep limited purchase records when the law requires it. Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription; cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.

If you no longer have the app, see Delete your account or email blankslate.developers@gmail.com. We complete email requests within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep some records.

7. Children's privacy

Stacked Strength is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child has given us personal data, we will delete it.

8. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored in Google Firebase with access rules that let only you read and write your own data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. We will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app when changes are significant.
